Corktown Connection Detroit - City Council postponed

Dear Fellow Detroiters,

City Council postponed their vote regarding the "proposed Deal" of Riverside Park until next Tuesday July 28th @ 10 am. In order to get a seat, I advise you to get there early!

If you are unable to attend, PLEASE EMAIL &/or Call each City Council about your concerns about the proposed Deal! Email addresses below.

Detroiters who are concerned about the "proposed Deal" are NEEDED to attend and VOICE YOUR CONCERNS, email &/or call City Council Members.

Please know that DIBC/Morouns spent over $50 million to try to get voters to vote on legislation that would have stopped the publically-owned bridge called Gordie Howe International Bridge from being built.

Do you think that DIBC/Morouns would donate over $50 million+ to the City to build a world class Riverside Park (& help all parks in SWD & all parks in our City) for a granted easement to be able to land their footings of their own DIBC/Moroun 2nd Bridge in the People's Riverside park land?

I say yes, of course, DIBC/Morouns will pay whatever they are required to pay, they will pay whatever it takes, to allow them to build their 2nd Bridge and the Peoples' public Riverside Park land is the ONLY LOCATION THEY CAN LAND THEIR 2nd BRIDGE!

The City Council on behalf of the People of Detroit, can secure $50 million+ and all of the comprehensive, detailed short & long term community benefits that the People of Detroit Deserve within an iron-clad agreement that will hold up in a court of law if they do not short-change the People of Detroit!
